BMW is a world-renowned vehicle brand, often revered for its class and quality vehicle production. The all new BMW 3 Series is a sharper and smarter than its predecessors. The latest sedan was recently revealed as it made its debut at the Paris Motor Show.
Munich-based BMW claims that this seventh sedan “moves the games on once again”.
This new model weighs 55kg less than its predecessor model and has five engine options available:
- 2.0 litre four cylinder petrol engines (320i and 330i)
- 2.0 litre four cylinder turbo diesel engine (318d and 320d)
- 3.0 litre six cylinder diesel engine (330d)
The car comes with standard LED headlamps. In addition, it features adaptive LED headlights with BMW Laserlight high beam. Driving in bad conditions will be better visually as this technology is designed to ensure that the experience is alleviated.
The Start/Stop button is positioned in the control panel in centre console.
As more cars move towards being Connected Cars, the all new BMW 3 Series features a 10.25 inch control display. The infotainment system is equipped with the new O.S. 7.0 and also launches the BMW intelligent Personal Assistant. More drivers will become accustomed to having a virtual assistant in their cars in the near future and BMW is leading the pack, by providing this technology. In the Connected Cars of the future, these assistants are also likely to be able to predict some of the behaviours of drivers based on previous habits that are recorded.
BMW 3 Series are going to be able to rely on this Personal Assistant to help to avoid collisions, or to warn when the vehicle needs repairs of some kind, for instance.
The car also has a number of features that have become known to be consistent with the comfort and luxury of BMW models.
